If you would like to enter college and do not have a Leaving Cert, or did not get the points needed for a specific course, you can go through the Further Education and Training entry route.
Watch our webinar which will give you the information you need to apply as a QQI FET/FETAC applicant in 2021. Our FE Progression Officer will talk you through the QQI FET/FETAC application process and provide some useful hints and tips on completing your CAO applications. We will also provide information on the Institute’s Advanced Entry Process for 2021.
Listen to different perspectives from current students and a recent graduate who all applied via the FE progression route. Hear their unique stories and learn about their motivations for studying in DkIT.
Please note: Applicants to year 1 for all DkIT courses must all apply through the CAO. CAO deadline: 1st February. Late CAO applications up to the 1st May are accepted from candidates other than Mature Students. Candidates applying for Advanced Entry (Entry beyond 1st year) and/or for one of our Add-on Years must apply directly to the College using the online form which can be found on our website: www.dkit.ie/admissions/how-to-apply/beyond-first-year-advanced-entry.html
